Product Introduction

The component is manufactured with long-chain linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid as the main raw material with the process of neutralization and alkalization reaction. As a major metal detergent, this product boasts excellent acid neutralization, anti-rust and high-temperature detergency properties, widely used for various engine oils applications.

  3. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, in safety, environmental protection, use and other aspects of the same as general petroleum products, without special protection.
  4. Avoid contact with strong oxidants when using, storage period of 2 years.
  5. In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with detergent and water.

  T115B–Overbased Sulfurized Calcium Alkyl Phenate

Product Introduction

Overbased Sulfurized Calcium Alkyl Phenate is manufactured with dodecylphenol as the main raw material with the process of neutralization, sulfurization and high-alkalization reaction. This additive component is of comprehensive performance and wide application, boasting excellent acid neutralization, high-temperature detergency, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion properties, demulsibility and oil solubility properties. It has preferable compatibility with sulfonate, alkenyl succinimide, ZDDP and other additives, has significant effect on reducing piston top groove carbon deposits, and is widely used for mid-tier and premium engine oil formulations.

Avoid contact with strong oxidant during application and shelf life: 2 years.
  3. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.

  T115C–Super Overbased Sulfurized Calcium Alkyl Phenate

Product Introduction：
 

Super Overbased Sulfurized Calcium Alkyl Phenate is of comprehensive performance and wide application, with excellent acid neutralization properties. It performs better in anti-oxidant and anti-wear properties, has higher TBN, and is with good detergency, dispersancy and hydrolysis stability properties compared with competitive products. In addition to its excellent performance, it also has the characteristics of light chromaticity and low copper and lead corrosion. It can be used for premium engine oil formulations.
