  T202–Zinc Butyl Octyl Primary Alkyl Dithiophosphate

Product Introduction:
 

T202 refers to Zinc Butyl Octyl Primary Alkyl Dithiophosphate (ZDDP). This product provides excellent anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion, and anti-wear and extreme pressure performance properties. It can effectively prevent engine bearing corrosion and oil viscosity increase due to high temperature oxidation. This product is light in color with good oil solubility and additive compatibility, widely used in various industrial lubricating oil applications like gear oil and hydraulic oil, as well as multiple grade engine oil formulation with the combination of detergent and dispersant. The recommended treat rate is 0.5%-3.0% (m%).

  3. This product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive, with no special protection required. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.

   T203–Zinc Dioctyl Primary Alkyl Dithiophosphate

Product Introduction:
 

T203 refers to Zinc Dioctyl Primary Alkyl Dithiophosphate. This product features excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, anti-wear, extreme pressure properties, and thermal stability in particular, and it offers favorable oil solubility, additive compatibility, and Demulsification as well. It is used in the formulation of premium diesel engine oils with the combination of sulphonate detergent and ashless dispersant, and in anti-wear hydraulic oils when combining with other additive packages. The recommended treat rate is 0.5%-3.0% (m%).

T154 Polyisobutylene Bi-Succinimide Ashless Dispersant manufactured with highly active polyisobutylene (Mn=1300), provides excellent detergency and dispersancy, which can inhibit the formation of carbon and varnish on engine pistons. This product is chlorine-free, and has good compatibility with detergent and ZDDP

T151 Polyisobutylene Mono-Succinimide Ashless Dispersant manufactured with highly active polyisobutylene (Mn=1300), performs well in low temperature dispersancy and increases the solubilization of high temperature soot. It is widely use in premium internal combustion engine oil formulations. This product is chlorine-free, and has good compatibility with detergent and ZDDP.
