  T534–Butyl Octyl Diphenylamine

Product Introduction:
 

T534 Butyl Octyl Diphenylamine refers to an outstanding high-temperature antioxidant, which provides excellent thermal stability, superior high-temperature anti-oxidation performance under high temperature, good oil solubility as well as favorable compatibility with other additives. It is widely used in the formulations of various premium internal combustion engine oil, industrial oil applications including thermal oil, high-temp chain oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil and turbine oil, lubricating grease as well as fuel oils. The distribution of different alkyl substitutes is reasonable and controllable, and the free amine is lower than 1%. It offers better performance when combining with phenolic ester antioxidant. The recommended treat rate is 0.3-0.5% (m%).

Packaging Storage and Transportation:
 
  1. The product is packed in iron drums with a net weight of 180kg, applicable to various modes of transportation.
  2. The minimum storage and transportation temperature shall not be under 10℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 50℃. Products should not be prolonged exposure to cold or exposure. The shelf life is 2 years.
  3. This product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive, with no special protection required. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.

  T512–Thioether and Phenolic Ester Type Antioxidant

Product Introduction:
 

T512 refers to Thioether and Phenolic Ester Type Antioxidant, which is with low toxicity, can used to stabilize polymers and other organic materials which are prone to thermal degradation. This product is widely used in polyolefin, elastomers (EPDM), petroleum products and other applications. It also provides excellent anti-oxidation performance when combining with other additives under high temperature conditions, especially with amine antioxidant to control viscosity increase and reduce deposit formation effectively. This product is widely used in the formulation of premium engine oils, and also performs well in industrial oil applications. The recommended treat rate is 0.1-0.5% (m%).

  3. This product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive, with no special protection required. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.

T535–Ester-Phenolic Antioxidant

Product Introduction:
 

T535 refers to a new type of high-temperature Ester-phenolic antioxidant with superior performance. It provides excellent thermal stability, outstanding anti-oxidation performance under high temperature, good oil solubility and favorable compatibility with other additives; it offers better performance when combining with amine antioxidant. High in effective content, this product is widely used in various grades of premium internal combustion engine oil formulation, industrial lubricating oil applications including thermal oil, high-temp chain oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and turbine oil, and all kinds of grease and fuel oil applications. The recommended treat rate is 0.3-0.5% (m%).

T6400–Universal Type Engine Oil Package

Product Introduction:
 

T6400 Universal Type Engine Oil Package is formulated with a number of high-quality detergent, dispersant, ZDDP and other additive components. The engine oil blended with this package provides excellent soot disperancy, high temperature detergency, anti-oxidation, anti-wear and anti-corrosion performance, and this package can meet various performance categories with different treat rates.

  3. This product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive. In terms of safety, environmental protection and use, it is the same as general petroleum products with no special protection required.
